Refund policy
Our attempt to make our customers fulfilled is continuous. But in any case of what we provide, you may not be satisfied as a customer. Keeping that in thought, we deliver refunds on some conditions. Our refund policy is as below.

Incidents we deliver the refund
If the purchased product is entirely non-functional.
If we failed to respond to support in 72 hours (business days only).
If the product description does not fill what it actually offers.
Situations we don’t deliver any refund
You have changed your thoughts about the purchased item.
You purchased an item by mistake and the item(s) was sent/already downloaded by you.
It has already been 15 days after you have bought our item.
We don’t deliver the refund for any feature you ask that is not listed in our item description. (N.B: It is best for you to check the feature list and if the product has any demo preview, then check it too)
We do not deliver any custom work. Anything additional you need will have to be done by you or any third party you hire. No refund will be issued on such a condition.

I firmly believe in and stand behind my products 100%, but I understand that not all plugins can work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, I am more than happy to provide a complete refund within 30 days of your original purchase.

A few conditions:

I cannot provide refunds due to technical issues unless you allow us to adequately try and assist you. If we are unable to resolve the issue for you, I will provide a refund. Please open a support ticket before requesting a refund for a technical issue.
Refunds may only be issued within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days no refunds can be processed.
